Link Magic is a useful tool in the hands of someone with a basic understanding of GoldMine and how networks are arranged.

Link Magic will also happily remove and destroy links that are valid, if you don’t know what you are doing. Most Link Magic problems are the result of not reading or not understanding the manual.

There is very limited free support for Link Magic. If the program crashes while you are using it, we will, of course, repair it. If you are unsure and just need to know before you go, then you can call or email us and ask.

The purchase of a $199.00 program does not entitle the user to six hours of technical support on setting up a network or in depth walk throughs of parts of the application. We would love to have the time and the resources for it to be otherwise, but we don't. Anything past the quick question process will be regarded as billable time at our usual support rates.

If you would like us to assist you in the operation of LinkMagic on your system, we are happy to provide that service at our usual support rates or provide a referral to someone in our dealer network for assistance in your area.
